At Gharbazaar Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used temporary tattoos (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper application
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@Gharbazaar.pk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return shipping instructions
- Pack the items securely in original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items:
- We will inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- You will be notified of approval or rejection via email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed through:
- JazzCash: Refunded to the same JazzCash account used for purchase
- EasyPaisa: Refunded to the same EasyPaisa account used for purchase
- Store Credit: Available upon request for faster processing
Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@Gharbazaar.pk
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for verified defective items
Exchanges
We can exchange items for a different design or product of equal value:
- Subject to availability
- Price difference will be charged or refunded
- Same return conditions apply
Late Returns
Returns received after the 14-day window may be:
- Rejected entirely
- Accepted for store credit only (at our discretion)
